So we have a sick baby again!

I think this is getting a bit ridiculous. My poor baby is sick again. She has a couple of different viruses, one respiratory and one that is making her eyes seep with fluid. She is looking very pathetic. She will just lay on me and wiper. It is awful. I can hardly stand it. She has spent most of her day in her swing because it keep her up right while she is sleeping and she is sleeping a lot. Oh man every time she sneezes snot shoots out her nose and hangs all the way down to her chin!It is quite disgusting, but at least she is getting it out. She cant go to school tomorrow so that means I'm staying home again. I am almost at me wits end about this. I cannot tolerate paying $180 a week for daycare when she is only going one day next week! Nor do I enjoy her this way. I do not even know what my child is like when she is not sick anymore. I don't know what to do. I don't want to go back to a private sitter because we will just have to start the whole germ thing all over again when she does go to school and I don't want to move schools because it is a whole new set of germs. And all the docotrs says is "yeah, its the worst, and no there is nothing you can do about it, and it needs to just run its course." I don't know!!!!! grrrrrrrr

WHAT A WEEK!!!!!!

So we started the week with the baby throwing up. It was awful! We had the first "go check on her and she had threw up all in her bed" night. I felt so bad. She thew up a couple more times then was fine. Welllllllll, I was planing a great veterans day at home doing stuff I normally don't get to do, but ended up hanging out in with the toilet instead. The next day Derick was out. Friday night, down goes my brother Bryan and step-dad Jim. Saturday went mom and my brother Kevyn. You should have seen them when I went to check on them this morning. THye were all in the living room with their pillows, water, Gatorade, buckets, and crackers. It actually was really sweet. They were all hanging out together-sick. The baby ended up taking out the WHOLE family. Tonight we are moving slowly but moving.

Derick and I skipped church but we did go for a picnic at the Manatee Park to get out of the sick house. It was very nice. O'lena had a good time. No manatees yet. I dont think they made it down yet.

She passed out eating breakfast the other morning. She was soooo cute!

Yeah she was really cute here too!!! Check out the video.. you are going to die because of how cute she is. She hangs out in the tub in the mornings so she is not playing in the bidet and the toilet. I got that idea from Parents magazine. I am really enjoying her now again. Well...when she's not sick. She is so much fun. She is great to play with and so sticking adorable. I love eating her belly. She learned how to blow kisses at school. I didn't teach her that. It is cute too because when you say "Yah O'lena!" she claps her hands. It is adorable.

What else is happening? I am hosting our Circle of Hope on Friday so this week I HAVE to clean my house. I disinfected after the sickness but there is dust everywhere and it is a mess like normal. But the windows are open and it is awesome! I know there was so much more I wanted to blog about but I cant remember any more. Oh I did finish a book this week. It was good. It was about an Amish girl. Now I am on to a book about a woman doctor in the 1800's. Only on chapter 3. So far so good.
Work has been a bit trying lately...it didn't help that I was trying to keep my cookies in my belly on Friday on a field trip. I have been out of my classroom alot lately because of IEPs and other things so the behavior of my students have declined dramatically. They are the kind of kids that need consistency (A LOT of consistency.) It is really getting annoying telling them every other second to stop touching each other. Oh well.
Looking forward for Thanksgiving! It should be a good time....FOOD!....(oh thats a good sign...I havent been looking forward for food in the last couple of days.) I just hope O'lena will be well. Okay...going to bed. Night

So much going on

There is so much going on that like everyday I am "oh man, I need to blog about that." Well it hasn't happened. I say every day I need to go to bed earlier but that hasnt happened too. I have hand written two blogs, but i never posted them either. I have decided not to too, because I was just venting. Sometimes it is better to just keep things to your self if you dont have anything nice to say.

I have also been a bit grumpy lately. I feel like I am always complaining about something, ie. daycare is way too expensive, I want to leave FM but cant, my house has dropped another $30,000, work is boring, the house is a mess, the baby is sick again...well you get the picture. Yeah poor O'leenee is sick again. She had another ear infection. She is feeling better now and is back to being her happy perfect self again. She is great when she is not sick. I love that little face.

I do want to thank everyone for all their thoughts and prayer for my family in the passing of my aunt. It has taken a tole on all of us, but she is not hurting any more. I cant talk about it much...

What else is happening???? I'm not sure. I think this is the first night home where i don't have to do school work or anything else in like..i dunno...three weeks or so. It has been so busy that I am bored. Does that make sense? All I want to do is the nothing bored, not the busy bored. Oh and go to bed early, but that's not going to happen because I want to blog and read. Well here are pictures. In somewhat of an order...

Halloween!!
Derick as an leper. He is so creative! I would never think of anything like that. I was just somewhat of a witch.
Can you guess who she is? Hint: That is a bone in her hair.
She is Pebbles from the Flintstones. Isn't she adorable!?!?!?! Mommy thinks so! We just went to a few of the neighbors' houses, then we just hung out at my parents to give out candy. We didn't have a lot of treaters so we have candy left and guess who is eating them....yeah and its not O'lena.

This is the quilt that Linda Miller sent O'lena for Halloween. She made it. Isnt it amazing?!?! Sent some awesome pendant signs too. I cannot believe her talent!
This is us at church yesterday. We were feeling very festive. I think I ended up dragging out Halloween for 5 days this year. Oh shoot I forgot to put up the pictures of our school dance...later.
One of my co-workers invited me to her bachlorette party. I had a blast. It was a dress up party :) We spent most of the night driving around in a Bentley Limo. Yeah it was pretty awesome.
O'lena being cute as a button. I found her leg socks things. This is my favorite outfit right now too.
LOOK WHAT I FOUND!!! Well actually a friend from work let me know these were at Target. They actually do not fit well at all, but I HAD to get them!
So if you couldnt see it...The name of the shoes are Olena.
If you cant see this either..it is raining out side. I love this picture. They were so cute together. He had put her out in it too. She loved it.
I had to bring the Leeny to school on teacher duty day because she has a doctor's appointment. Luckily Kevyn came with us. He was awesome with her and she just loves him.
This is mommy catching O'lena messing up the DVDs. She was so cute. Oh yeah! I wanted to tell you that she learned how to turn on the bidet. She figured out how to turn the nobs to make the water squirt up so she can play with it....oh yeah i got video of it...i forgot about that until now...i don't want to up load it now, it just takes too long. I will try to up load it later. I do want to go to bed sometime tonight.
Well that is about the short of it. And it will be 11pm before i sleep again. I give up. G-night!

Camping in Highlands Hammock

We went camping last weekend. I had a long weekend and we went out with our friends Greg, Chrissy, and their son Quinton. We went to the state park called Highlands Hammock near Seabring. It was a nice trip even though O'lena was cranky, but come to find out she had an ear infection, the poor baby. Other than that...oh yeah i slept alot...I think our friends think we are lazy...we had a blast! On Sunday we went hiking threw some trails...saw a couple huge trees...one with cement in it...shot a couple of vultures....it was good fun. Here are the pictures, but they are not in any kind of order. Oleeny getting a bath in her baby bath. I was not going to try to shower with her, nor am i going to put her on the ground in the shower....mother!
They rented a bike with a baby seat on it and I took Lena around the circle- she was out in 3 minutes flat!! It was funny. I took her out later and she really enjoyed it. I need to get me one of those.

Isn't she cute in her hat? She was just posing for the camera.
Meeeee and leeeeneeeyyyy
Isnt she just cute?
Derick and his cast iron cooking. We had the best dinners ever!! The pot roast and corn bread was to die for. He really has a talent.
This is the tree filled with cement. It was suppose to keep it from falling over, but it got the limbs so heavy that they fell off anyways.
Here Quinton wanted to push the baby around. He did a great job. He will be a good big brother when the time comes. O'lena was like whatever....
O'lena and Quinton hanging out in the pop-up. Chrissy and Greg just bought a pop-up the same week we did. It was their first trip in it. Besides the baby falling out (there were a couple bungy cords missing that held the canvas closed) they loved it!
The family.
Mommy riding with O'lena. I forgot how much fun it was. I know mom has been pushing us to get one...i think it is a good idea.
Greg and Derick hanging out with the baby. Just-a-hanging out....
